All the pomp and pageantry that trail celebrity weddings kept us hooked on some of them as we faithfully kept watch for the latest photos from their nuptials while others kept things low key and private. Others tried to hide it from the public until the last minute— but became much bigger and most talked about as expected.

 1. John Dumelo and his wife

John Dumelo and wife Gifty Mawunya Nkornu held their swanky star-studded white wedding on Saturday 10th May at the Royal Senchi Resort Hotel.

John and Gifty welcomed their first child and decided to later do their white wedding. They both had their maid of honor in the person of Gifty’s best friend Nadia Buari, and Fred Nuamah, respectively, standing by them to show support.

Guest at the ceremony included Jackie Appiah, Desmond Elliot, Oscar Yao Doe, Roselyn Ngissah and more.

2. Eugene Osafo Nkansah & Victoria Lebene

Ghanaian entertainment journalist, Eugene Osarfo Nkansah and actress Victoria Lebene had a colorful wedding ceremony at the Rehab Beach Club in South La on Tuesday, June 11.

The beach wedding was star-studded from the bridal train right down to the groomsmen. The groomsmen musicians included the likes of Kwaw Kese, Arnold Asamaoh Baiden, and the husband of Nana Ama McBrown, Maxwell Mensah, who was the Best Man.

3. Hon. Sarah Adwoa Safo

On August 3, MP for Dome Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo tied the knot with her boyfriend, Hanny Mouhtiseb.

The MP who is also Deputy Majority Leader in parliament looked beautiful in her Kente outfit.

4. Jayso

Ghanaian rapper and producer Jayso tied the knot to his long-time girlfriend Awura-Adjowa Nkrumah in August. The wedding which was strictly by invitation took place at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.

Kumawood actress, Gladys Boaku, popularly known as Nayas, tied the knot with her “German Borga” at a beautiful traditional wedding on Friday, September 20, 2019. The wedding was attended by some movie stars and entertainers including Pamela Odame Watara, Brother Sammy, among others.
