I had an energizing townhall meeting with Ndi Anambra in Lagos
I had the privilege of engaging with our people in a frank and open dialogue about our shared vision for Anambra’s future. Our discussion centered on three critical metrics for leadership selection that I believe should guide our choices: personal character, emotional intelligence, and verifiable track record of achievement.
I also explained how possession of these attributes link directly with capacity and drive to solve the insecurity challenge that haunts us. “Seek you first good person(s) in leadership, and security and welfare of the people and every other thing shall be added unto it.”
The enthusiastic turnout and meaningful exchanges reinforced my conviction that when Ndi Anambra unite behind competent leadership, transformative change becomes inevitable.
The culmination of the meetings I have had, at home and away, are to ascertain what the people want, gather information from individuals in different climes, industries and communities to build the ultimate blueprint for Anambra’s transformation and prosperity!
Ka anyi mee ihe n’ile anyi nwere ike ime ka Anambra welu chawapu!
