Governor Amuneke APGA’s Vote Buying: A Desperate Cover Up for Four Years of Failure, Oppression, and Broken Promises
For nearly four years, Soludo under APGA has ruled Anambra with empty promises and a heavy hand. They promised a liveable and prosperous homeland, but what did Ndi Anambra get? Hunger, fear, intimidation, over taxation and stagnation.
Roads remain impassable from Aguata to Ihiala, Nnewi to Ogbaru, and down to Awka South, erosion has swallowed communities while Soludo APGA looks away.
Industries promised have not materialized, leaving our youths in Nnewi, Onitsha, and Awka etc hopeless and jobless.
Markets groan under multiple levies and illegal taxes, suffocating traders in Ochanja, Eke Awka, Nkwo Nnewi, and beyond.
Education is neglected, classrooms leak, teachers are overburdened and underpaid.
Worst of all, Governor Amuneke APGA has turned Anambra into a state of fear and oppression. His security outfit, instead of protecting lives, harasses innocent youths, extorts traders, and raids communities like Ihiala, Ekwulobia, and Ogbaru at will. Voices that challenge the regime are intimidated or silenced, creating an atmosphere of fear unworthy of a democratic state.
Now, with elections around the corner, Soludo APGA has unleashed money bags to buy the same people they oppressed for years. They think 10k or 20k can erase years of neglect, harassment, and underdevelopment. But Ndi Anambra are wiser. We are not beggars, and our destiny is not for sale!
If Soludo APGA had delivered on their promises, they would be campaigning with achievements, not cash. Their vote buying is not strategy, it is an open confession: they have failed, and they know it!
This November, let Anambra rise. Let us reject APGA vote buying, reject oppression, and reject the politics of intimidation. We deserve leaders who create jobs, fix our roads, protect our youths, and respect our rights not those who buy our silence with temporary cash.
Anambra’s future is priceless, do not sell it for peanuts.
