Championing Peace and Unity: A Call to Support the OPRC

To All Members of the Obidient Movement and the Broader Community,

As the State Lead Co-ordinators of the Obidient Movement Support Groups, we recognise the critical importance of maintaining unity and resolving conflicts within our Movement. The Obidient Movement Peace and Reconciliation Committee (OPRC), led by Aziza Uko, is a vital initiative to foster harmony and address any disputes that may arise among us.

We are at a pivotal moment in our journey towards the 2027 general elections. Our strength lies in our ability to work together, to reconcile our differences, and to present a united front. The OPRC is dedicated to this mission and has our full support.

Why We Support the OPRC

A Pillar of Reconciliation: The OPRC is designed to mediate and resolve internal conflicts, ensuring that our Movement remains cohesive and focused on our common goals.

Objective and Fair: The Committee operates with a strict commitment to impartiality, ensuring that all members are heard and treated fairly.

Transparent Process: With clear procedures for addressing grievances, the OPRC ensures transparency and builds trust within the Movement.

Long-Term Peace: By addressing the underlying causes of conflicts, the OPRC works towards lasting solutions that will benefit our Movement in the long run.

Our Appeal to the Obidient Community

Engage Actively: We encourage all members to actively engage with the OPRC. If you have any grievances, conflicts, or suggestions, please bring them to the Committee. Your input is crucial for the Committee to effectively address and resolve issues.

Show Your Support: Stand with the OPRC by participating in their initiatives and promoting their mission within your groups and networks. Your support is essential for the success of their work. To this end, we encourage Obidients to join their social media channels.

Foster Unity: Embrace the spirit of reconciliation and encourage dialogue within your communities. Support the OPRC’s efforts to maintain unity and harmony within our Movement.

Looking Ahead

Our collective success hinges on our ability to resolve our differences and work together towards our shared vision of a New Nigeria. The OPRC is an indispensable tool in this endeavour, providing a platform for peace and reconciliation.

We are confident that with the support of all members, the OPRC can achieve its mission and help us build a stronger, more united Obidient Movement. Let us commit to this cause and work together to ensure our Movement’s continued success.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication and commitment.

In Unity and Service,

Signed
