Sika now known as Sika-4real is the first female singer to sign to 4real Records since the label arrived Africa and established in 2015, and is now referred to by 4real Records Boss as the “4real first lady”.

Sika 4Real signs a multi million contract with 4Real Records. The deal was sealed and signed on 6th May 2020, at Eye FM office in Ghana. The deal will also see the record label manage the sensational diva in this coming years. 4Real records is a record label that has his focus mainly on unearthing talents who they later on become super stars.
