From day one, Menzgold has been a scam and the greedy celebrities who were are enjoying from Nana Appiah Mensah, the CEO knows it but they are refusing to speak the truth; this is a statement from Bridget Otoo, the popular media personality.

According to Bridge Otoo in a post shared on her Instagram page, no authority from anywhere have conspired to bring Nana Appiah and his Menzgold down, the firm was a scam from day one they needed to brought line.

Bridget Otoo went on to caution celebrities enjoying from NAM1 to stop throwing dust into the eyes of Ghanaians with their rhetorics that the authorities hate Nana Appiah Mensah and want to bring Menzgold down.

To Bridget Otoo, these celebrities jumping from radio to radio defending NAM1 just because of the little they get should cease doing that because they knew Menzgold was a scam and yet encouraged Ghanaians to invest there.

She boldly stated that its nothing but greed that is making these celebrities behave and talk the way they are doing about Menzgold and their clash with the financial regulators.

It was a scam from Day one but some Celebs won’t speak up because they benefitted! No state institution has conspired to bring Menzgold down, it was a grand scheme that was bound to fold at some point! Stop throwing dust into people’s eyes with your greedy eyes! Think about the thousands whose investments are locked up because of this Ponzi scheme! #Greed

The Securities and Exchanges Commission in a letter dated 7th September ordered Menzgold to cease taking in new deposit from customers until their license issues are dealt with.

Nowhere did SEC tell Menzgold to cease paying existing customers but they have stopped since then. According to the SEC, Menzgold has no license to operate the gold vault service.

Menzgold has however sued the Securities and Exchanges Commission and the Bank of Ghana for unnecessary interference.
