What I do not understand is why before and during election, the APC and their foot-soldiers were so much obsessed with PDP’s 16 years rule. Then after election, they have suddenly forgotten the so-called 16 years rule and are now fixated on 5 years of Jonathan’s administration.

Why would Mr. Integrity exclude Obasanjo’s 8 years rule from probe? Why would he also exclude Yaradua’s tenure from probe? What happens to all the administrations before Obasanjo? Were those administrations fraud-free? If they are not fraud-free why are they excluded from probe? Is it because it involves those who have threatened to expose Buhari and his very dirty dealings while in government?

The society urgently needs a blanket probe of all institutions since the creation of Nigeria. To selectively and maliciously probe only a single 5 years old administration from a possible 10 administrations of roughly 50 years in total, is in itself, corruption worse that that under investigation and as such, must be resisted.

Let the objective probe of all governments since the creation of Nigeria begin. There is nothing wrong in giving a post-mortem verdict on dead looters.
