APU PRESIDENT GENERAL MANIFESTOS

My name is Chief Chigbo Anyaeche known as EBEDE Agulu, (AKAJIUGO) and I am running for the position of PG of APU. As the former Nwanchi Chairman and a strong member of APU Onitsha branch and the central body, I have already had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing people and create unforgettable memories.

Throughout my time involved with the community and societal services I have seen many positive changes in Agulu and I want to develop these further to try and provide the greatest Agulu will experience ever. My initial aim is to raise the awareness of our town’ Agulu and all of the organizations, societies, and volunteering opportunities available to the 20, villages in Agulu of good leadership and humble service.

I hope to work closely with conscious minded people and use radio, tvs, news prints and all forms of social media to promote said opportunities. Secondly, I aim to develop the community spirit within our environs and increase our reputation within the State and our LGA.

Chief Chigbo Anyaeche known as EBEDE Agulu, (AKAJIUGO), a PG aspirant in the Dec.30TH 2020 APU election in Agulu has said that if elected, his admin would be premised on principles for good leadership and economic viability.

In the manifesto, entitled “Agulu Deserves Better’’, Disclosed that his admin would be hinged on “authentic continuity, good leadership, Developments, inclusive leadership and enhanced Agulu security’’.

He added that he is on a mission of making Agulu becomes one of the most developed and valued in Anambra State.

EBEDE, an advocate for Good leadership and a business mogul, said that he had identified 10 core areas that encompass activities and the benefits to be delivered to Agulu people and would tackle that proactively.

He noted that the core areas were in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of the Anocha LGA and the State at large.

EBEDE said: “I hereby set out my core compact with Ndi Agulu’’, consisting of five basics principles predicated on globally accepted best practices of good leadership

“Since the essence of PG is to serve the Agulu people, I have also identified 10 core areas encompassing activities and deliverables which I must tackle proactively in the APU interest in these four years I intend to serve.

The business mogul and the leader of so many associations promised to re-enact the AGULU CENTRAL PALACE of former PG. Chief Andy Orakwelu to continuity.

According to him, he will provide authentic continuity and consolidation in development, finance, economy, infrastructure, education and health gains made by successive leadership in APU especially the Ochendo Agulu admin.

“I promise to ensure stability, civility, frugality, transparency, political tolerance, diverse views at all levels and public expenditure will be result-based and project-driven.

“I will uphold the bond of performance between the government and Agulu people provide and deliver proactively through adaptive leadership, adequate, efficient and effective delivery of infrastructure.

“My Admin will insist on inclusivity, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, equity, accountability, and strategic vision with a view to bridging the trust gap between Agulu people and the Anambra state government to the LGA level.

SPEAKING WITH THE APU ASABA BRANCH TODAY; EBEDE SAID…“It is my belief that the position of the PG of APU must belong to Ndi Agulu; I offer to translate the viewpoint, values and needs of Ndi Agulu to core policies that serve collective interest and guarantee equity at all levels,’’.

EBEDE said that representation in PG OF APU would reflect gender balance, equity, non-partisanship and based on clear AGENDA.

“My ADMIN will promote the respect for the various branches and tiers of APU WORLD WIDE and support the oversight responsibilities of the APU Branches all over the country, both home and IN DIASPORA.

“I will push to bring conversion of the PG-APU-General System to a more operational, self-supporting and self-accounting to enhance grassroots leadership and development in Agulu.

“Finally, security will be guaranteed with a view to making Agulu more safer; I will make PG and its business more transparent and accountable,’’ EBEDE said.
